Between sea, cinema and culture

Castiglioncello, with its bays, pine forest and cliffs, is a Tuscan seaside location that combines culture and relaxation.

Born as an ancient Etruscan village, Castiglioncello has been renamed the "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea" and it is famous worldwide for being the cult location of the Italian Dolce Vita.

Take your place!

Given the high number of expected reservations, we always suggest you to book your place on the beach in advance, allowing you to enjoy a vacation of pure comfort and relaxation.

From the "Il Sorpasso" to the present day

In the 60s Castiglioncello rose to international prominence thanks to the film "Il Sorpasso" by Dino Risi, starring Vittorio Gassman and J. L. Trintignant, set in Castiglioncello. It was the period in which top actors such as Gassman himself, Alberto Sordi, Marcello Mastroianni spent their summer vacations on this coast.

The village of Castiglioncello, even today, keeps its unique charm.
